Patient protocols
We are implementing and enforcing the following protocols to ensure a safe, effective experience for everyone in our care.
All visits require a scheduled appointment in advance. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Please call 469-645-0200 to schedule.
Appointments missed without 24-hour advance notice are subject to a $50 no-show fee. This fee is billed directly to you and is not covered by insurance.
Only the patient will be taken back into the exam room. Exceptions are made for patients under 18, who may have a parent or guardian present.
If you are experiencing respiratory symptoms, please call us and press extension 3 to reach the nurse's station. Describe your symptoms in detail so we can triage you appropriately before your visit.
All controlled substances require a face-to-face office visit at each refill unless prearranged with your provider. Routine prescriptions require follow-up visits every three to six months — timeframe may vary based on your care plan.
Urgent after-hours calls are handled by our answering service. Routine calls will be returned the next business day. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
